Help CenterIf you choose to manually transfer money from your bank account, the payment will be pending until you transfer the funds to the required bank account designated by PingPong. The pending time is 24 hours, after which the payment will be automatically cancelled.
When you choose to use your account balance or deduct from the bank account directly (ACH), you can cancel only if the payment team has NOT review and approve the payment.
Unfortunately, if the payment status is processing, it means you have to pay for refund fee to cancel the payment. Each transaction will be charged $35 service fee.
