Step 1: To REQUIRED page 

Log in to your PingPong and select the “To do list”in the Dashboard page. Or select the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner, select “Verified Information” and you’ll be directed to the REQUIRED page. 

① Answer question：Answer the questions listed in the blank 

② Upload document：Here you can click “+” to upload your required documents. 

③ Modify BA: If your bank account is pending, system informs you need to modify the account name/account number, please return to the bank account page to modify.  

Step 2: After uploading your information, you can view it in the “HISTORY” tab on the left.  

Note: Please provide valid information. If the provided information doesn’t meet the verification requirement, you will be required to submit more supplementary.
