Note 01: Suspend cards
① it cannot be used for any payment, and all subsequent transactions will fail.
② An excessive number of failed transactions will affect the use of your Pingpong Card account. Please verify that it has been unbound from the relevant platform before freezing the card.
③ If the card is no longer being used, you can apply for card cancellation.
④ If you want to recover the card, please click more and choose “Unfreeze”
Note 02: Cancel cards
① After card cancellation, transactions will not be possible. Before cancellation, please ensure that the transaction has been completed and your card balance has been transferred out.
② Any balance that has not been transferred out will be returned to your account within 60 days.
